If you have already tried charging your phone fully and resetting it to factory settings but still experiencing heating issues, there are several other things you can try:

Check for any software updates: Sometimes, software updates can fix bugs and glitches that might be causing your phone to overheat. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to check for any updates.

Remove any case or cover: Cases or covers can trap heat and prevent your phone from dissipating it properly, leading to overheating. Try removing any case or cover you might be using and see if that helps.

Close background apps: Some apps might be running in the background and consuming a lot of resources, leading to overheating. Try closing all apps that you are not using and see if that helps.

Disable unused features: Features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and NFC can consume a lot of power and cause your phone to overheat. Try disabling any features that you are not using and see if that helps.

Avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature environments: Direct sunlight and high-temperature environments can cause your phone to overheat. Try avoiding such environments and see if that helps.

If none of these steps help, you might want to consider taking your phone to a service center to get it checked for any hardware issues that might be causing the heating problem

Try to uninstall unused apps. As well as check your network connectivity if you are in low network area device use extra battery for better network so its increase phone temperature.

Use your phone without backcover and uninstall high size app and turn off fast charging and ignore some android updates.
