Avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature environments: Direct sunlight and high-temperature environments can cause your phone to overheat. Try avoiding such environments and see if that helps.
If none of these steps help, you might want to consider taking your phone to a service center to get it checked for any hardware issues that might be causing the heating problem
Try to uninstall unused apps. As well as check your network connectivity if you are in low network area device use extra battery for better network so its increase phone temperature.
