Here are some quick tips to release the strain on your eyes:



Blue light filter: Works like magic by limiting the blue light exposure, of course you can select the opacity and even customise it to use it at a particular time or even at sunset by turning on your location. Use this for a good night's sleep.
Ps: DC movies are much are better with this mode on.
Adaptive brightness: Adjusts the brightness according to the lighting conditions around. No more getting caught awake under the blanket.
Dark Mode: Naturally reduces the strain by inverting the colors, saves your battery too!

you should add information about dark mode in your post it also reduces eye strain
