HyperOS update features to expect
- Performance: HyperOS brings smoother animations, quicker boot times and longer retention of apps in the memory.
- AI: It boasts AI trickeries like text generation, image searching, image creation, and the option to capture text from images.
- Interconnectivity: It allows seamless continuation of app instances on different devices, screen mirroring, universal clipboard, using the phone's camera as a webcam on Xiaomi laptops, etc.
- UI: You also get an iOS-like lockscreen, widgets, Quick Settings menu, Dynamic-Island-like notification system, etc.

It's been some time since Xiaomi announced its new custom Android skin called HyperOS and the company seems to be expanding its rollout to more devices in phases. As per a fresh report, Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G is also bound to get a HyperOS update next year. The device isn't part of the official list of eligible devices revealed last month. However, HyperOS builds for Note 11 Pro 4G have been found in testing.

Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G HyperOS update schedule: what we know
The software tinkerers at GSMChina have come across two HyperOS builds for Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G, namely OS1.0.0.1.TGDMIXM and OS1.0.0.1.TGDEUXM.
They are currently being tested which means it will take time before they reach the larger public. As per the source, the HyperOS update for Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G will be released in Q2, 2024.
Now, interestingly, it is also being said that the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G's HyperOS update could be based on Android 13 and not Android 14. This is suggested by the codebase in question to be 13.0.
If you are interested in getting HyperOS on Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G before anybody else, you can sign into the HyperOS Pilot Tester program as these testers are set to get the update first.
