I am using m31s. When charging it was showing 100%. For the last one week while charging, it stops at 85% and it does not go beyond 85%. Please advice how to go about that. Thanks.

Hello I think you turn on battery protection in maximum level . In this feature phone doesn't charge above 80 percentage. You can charge your phone 100 percentage now turn off battery protection
How to check your phone is battery protection on or off check this method and turn on or off:
1.Open setting.
2. Click on battery .
3. Click on battery protection.
4.if you want to turn on or off with your choice.
