Does frequently closing recent apps, even if there are only few open apps in recent, harms the RAM or any other part of the processor of my phone?

Nope... It won't harm 🤣

I don't think it will harm that much... all things are powerful enough these days and cooling system are also much more capable...
.
When you open App, work on it, minimise it, the app and it's processes work or may not work (depends on the app) on background. If not used and you open some other app/process, the OS decides which one to keep live (priority)... So based on that it makes a Cache of necessary components of background apps and stores background app in RAM.
.
Now when you open background app, the app will launch from RAM and fetch required data from Cache which was made earlier...
.
Now if you clear RAM, cached data and all App process are removed from RAM...
.
So if you open that app, CPU has to work in opening that app...
.
It will take more time as data transfer will occur from storage to RAM compared to when it was not removed from RAM.
CPU will be working more to make the App live again compared to when CPU only had to start a "half-dead" App from RAM.
.
.
.
In earlier days, processor and data transfer components were not that fast. So it was said its better to keep frequently used app open, In fact even today it's a good practice to do so, it's much faster and efficienct.
.
**SMART** phone does the RAM management ... you don't need to worry 😌
