In M series 9611 you can face some lag but in A series you'll face that less than M series. And it's close to SD 660-675 . The chipset size is bigger than it's rivalry in the market. That's why you'll face some issue regarding performance and battery life in compare to SD processor.
Nah, nothing like that, the clock speeds for both A series 9611 and the M series 9611 are the same (both for CPU and GPU). The SD 730G has lower clock speed than the 9611, but better graphics. Gaming, 730G, although 9611 does easy, and multitasking, 9611.
Well the exynos 9611 has upper limit of 2.3Ghz and lower limit 1.7Ghz. They always play the game with this method. In a phone's description they use both limits to praise the processor.
