Opinion differ based on how much junk we keep in our mobile so performance depends. if you are heavy apps user prefer Snapdragon. For regular use it is more than enough

In cheaper segment I say exynos is better but for premium segment snapdragon is good. 9611 is good for the price.

If you're spending upto 18k then Eynos 9611 is good. But if you are spending more than 18k then it's not worthy. But you have to spend more than 20k for 9611 to get the overclocked 9611 processor. In M series 9611 you can face some lag but in A series you'll face that less than M series. And it's close to SD 660-675 . The chipset size is bigger than it's rivalry in the market. That's why you'll face some issue regarding performance and battery life in compare to SD processor.

Nah, nothing like that, the clock speeds for both A series 9611 and the M series 9611 are the same (both for CPU and GPU). The SD 730G has lower clock speed than the 9611, but better graphics. Gaming, 730G, although 9611 does easy, and multitasking, 9611.

Well the exynos 9611 has upper limit of 2.3Ghz and lower limit 1.7Ghz. They always play the game with this method. In a phone's description they use both limits to praise the processor. Only if you use M and A series side by side you can feel the difference. But in case of SD 730g it has 2.2 Ghz clocks speed. It can't be underclocked but can be compressed. I think you're getting my point.

Not higher or lower, 4 cores run on 2.3 ghz and the rest 4 run on 1.7 ghz. The 730G is advantageous only in gaming.
