however you can play lite games
and for day to day uses its good enough

exynos good for gaming also .... if someone feel lag any heavy game that is not problem of exynos..that the problem of software only as i told many times that samsung provides non A/B partition type Ota software not like other companies hence software update via mobile data or wifi creates software loop hole which can produces thousands of different issues in device.... i can play cod ,pubg like game butter smooth like even in my old note 3 also because I allaways try to flash my firmware ....snapdragon is little advanced over exynos but exynos is also not too much bad that can't handle a heavy game

but me and my many friends feel frame drop and lag as well at a certain point.
and after heavy gaming fell like its tired.
and in my friend circle i m the only person who update through data
but others not.
and the problem is not cpu but the GPU is not strong as it should be.
it can't handle heavy gaming efficiently. in short I only can say that the gpu which Samsung used with 9611, that is mali g72- mp3 is not upto the mark
