I am currently using the Galaxy Z Flip5 and received the One UI 6.1 update yesterday. Samsung has introduced its Galaxy AI features on this device, which function admirably. However, I have noticed a few areas for improvement.

In Always On Display (AOD) mode, we are unable to modify the clock style. This customization was possible in One UI 6.0. Additionally, the AOD settings lack the brightness adjustment options that were present in One UI 6.0, where we had the choice between Adaptive and Manual modes.

Furthermore, the AOD design differs from that of the S24 series, which allows the wallpaper to be displayed in AOD mode. Unfortunately, this option is not available on the Galaxy Z Flip5.

Samsung's work on AI features is impressive and demonstrates significant progress in this area.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We appreciate you taking the time to share valuable comments, and taking your valuable feedback, We are continuously working to make our products better and more efficient. However, we want to inform you that this is the concept of the devices, that the AOD under clock style option was removed & AOD under Auto brightness option not showing in Samsung devices.

Moreover, the Galaxy AI functions are required to have high-level performance for the processing and operation, so some functions may not be supported for the particular models, and the adaptation of specific functions may vary by model or region because of the differences coming from structure, performance, HW/SW specification, the concept of behaviour, etc.

Although, If you have other concerns regarding Samsung products kindly feel free to get in touch with us.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
