Possible suggestion for One UI

1. Auto switch on/off feature based on timings.

2. LED Notification alternative: I have set edge panel and it works beautifully, but if I'm not around my phone that time, only option for me is to go close to see ambient display or turn on plone. There can be a notifier to say you have an unread notification. 

3. Dialer has a weird delay before it connects the call

For point no 2 there is smart alert

exactly the point. in old phones we used to have an led notification that would blink and let us know without any interactions.

Yes...now only option left according to you is to improvise edge lighting around camera cutout
