MY samsung a50 automatically restarted and droping apps and hanging problem Repeatedly so pls suggested solutions

Bro,I returned my Samsung A50s on 10th day after i brought it,As it was heating up drastically and also it was causing considerable battery drain (So,You could do same if its in warranty and bring Flagship like S9{Which i bought after returning A50)

So You have 2 solutions now,If youre willing to replace the mobile with another,Go with S9(Its available at nearabout same price of A50)If you want samsung or otherwise go with any phone which has snapdragon or mediatek processor in it ;2nd way is As your mobile is giving problem,Try taking backup of all your data on PC and Factory Reset it(Thats the only solution and customer care would also suggest same)

Please be assured and to  resolve "Auto restart" issue please follow below given steps:

>>>Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

 

Please be assured and to resolve "device hanging issue" kindly follow the given below steps:

1) Check device cache: Settings>Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.

2) Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.
