On a serious note, Knox is a defense grade security system, so it definitely protectes you against spyware, malwares and phishing attacks, like a security guard. But if you ask the security guard to allow a criminal to enter your house, then the security guard can't really do much. So, be careful while on the internet. Knox can help to some extent, but not completely. So saying a "Yes" or a "No" isn't really right. You should know what you are doing.
