Apparently pixel and iPhone have this feature called "optimization of battery charging" so in this it's quoted as " To reduce battery ageing, iphone/pixel learns from you're daily charging routine so it can wait to finish charging past 80%. Until you need to use it. I hope samsung takes this into consideration..... as it's a must needed feature.
I think the similar feature is introduced into the upcoming 3.1.1 update by Samsung. I have seen some of the members shared the screenshot of this feature on Galaxy fold 3 / flip 3.
