Hi, after One UI 2 update, Its keep stopping while using the smart pop-up view messenger. Can samsung fix this issue .. pls update this

Try this solution Bro

1.go to settings
2.Select Apps
3.then Select "Show system application" in pull-down menu;
4.Then find "System UI" among all applications. In "Storage" section perform clearing all data and cache

This shouldn't occur but still if you're facing this issue I would suggest you to do a hard reset. This kind of problem can occur when we upgrade our firmware and some system files didn't get optimized accordingly. So doing a reset will reinstall and restore all the apps and you won't face such issue.

Bro, whichever brand you select there might some problem in every brand. Even windows has a lot of bugs in it and Microsoft is fixing them day by day. Same with Samsung, there might be some bugs but Samsung is trying its best in solving them.

hi bro, still i have the issue after try all suggestions. So I OFF the smart pop-up view messages now for avoid this issue temporary. however, hope samsung will give next update with solution.. waiting for next update 😎
