Being an admin of such a big community, you have certain responsibility. You can't just delete an entire post without any justification. We are just baffled with your actions. Atleast let us all know what's going on. Don't you feel you should do justice to the loyal Samsung customers? If there was too much flak on that post then you should have turned off commenting but deleting an entire post is just ridiculous.

This post is for us to discuss with each other, Increase our curiosity, and make us mad. you won't receive any support from Samsung. This is what they will do. This is our first upgrade. if this is so bad, just think about the next two years of upgrade...

yes I know I can't tell you to stop writing hate posts, I just asked you to do so because Indian samsung members app is becoming toxic because I am yet to find some decent people, the American and British Samsung Members app is better mannered
