Thanks samsung for better whatsapp support faster replies than oneplus...(but the samsung tech support guys are not well trained and sometimes give vague or wrong answers to queries) ....don't know when my no. Will come....in oneplus support....i will update after i get reply from oneplus guys ......**bleep** those youtubers for praising oneplus unnecessarily....

I gave a error report about the ugliness in blurness of notification panel when the brightness is increased ...
And iam totally iritated by the customer care people ..
They are keep on asking me log files which I have already sent ..
Also said to me to update phone ..

Why does the appearance of UI need logs, its not a bug, just a request for refreshment in the appearance.

I had similar illogical replies from them, when I asked them to tune the calling mixers for my device to get better mic gain. They asked me to send logs.🤦

That was not a bug, it was just a request to improve stuff.

Clear all the stuffs in notification panel and increase the brightness ..
And check the blurness of notification panel .
Try different background too like open notification panel on different apps pages and all
