Thanks samsung for better whatsapp support faster replies than oneplus...(but the samsung tech support guys are not well trained and sometimes give vague or wrong answers to queries) ....don't know when my no. Will come....in oneplus support....i will update after i get reply from oneplus guys ......**bleep** those youtubers for praising oneplus unnecessarily....

Mr Whosetheboss compared the approximate amount of employees in samsung with Xiaomi in one of his recent video.
Yes, they lack knowledge in their own products.

What's the criteria here for hiring these people as customer support? whatever it is, its not satisfying.

We are paying samsung phones extra also for their proper after sales services which is totally terrible
