No incoming call notification window on S20 plus

On my Samsung S20 plus, sometimes, when a call comes in, there is no notification window appearing.. I have to swipe down the notification panel and then only I can receive the call.. What is this?? So annoying.. I have used oneplus for about 5 years without any such issues and have moved to Samsung flagship device hoping that by now Samsung UI should be stable.. Pl help

To resolve "notification" issue kindly follow the given below step:

>>> Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

>>Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
