Add support for multiple users

Most Android devices have the feature to have different login for different users and guests.

Parallel apps do a similar kind of job but restricted to only messaging apps. 

We should enable this feature in oneUi too.

true..basic 5000 rupee phones also has this feature and more over this feature provided by android stock. but this one ui developers seems to be removed from stock android and customised to one ui very bad experience even If I buy with 17k not have minimum features like app lock or multi user profiles
