Next software update in samsung f62?

When is the next software update for samsung f62?  We request to improve the basic option like calling, contacts view... Feeling disappointed while making single call its lagging.... For name sake it is flagship processor though not in speed...fix basic features first next update...

I am facing many lags with this device in day to day tasks ehile switching between apps and scrolling the animation lags a lott when i use the phone which is not even 15days old and has more than 100gb free in storage. I wish Samsung fixes these lags in this phpne ASAP as the phpne is capable but samsung has to offer a good software with mo lags. We all wish a good experience while using a device from a company like Samsung. I wish these issues gets solved soon.

After the recent update i am facing problems like low voice clarity while calling and slow network . Unable to browse something or cant even make any urgent call .So please please give a new update which fixes these issues asap .

Please fix the frame drop issue and lag issue in games and some lag also there In Norma use its 25000 rupees you said that fashship processor is **bleep** Please fix this issue or refund my money I complained it many times than I take to service center they said no problem in phone what now I want to ever f62 has the same problem now also u r not gonna give proper response
