Why are you deleting the posts? I wanted to let the issue known by other users.

There are lot of customers complaining about this problem and many websites already reported this, however why don't anyone like admin or moderator or community manager or Samsung itself won't react? What is the use of community or Forum if its not really helpful to their customers? what is the use of Admins? just to post the content on behalf of Samsung?
Don't they take care of customer issues? Why did we have that poor communication between Samsung and its Customers?? Its been almost 10 days that articles have been out on this issue but no one get the answer or solution from Samsung.

Why its been so dumb to react on the issue? Its not only one or two persons problem. Hundreds of customers have facing the issue. Let this issue be taken to the concern department.

Sorry for harsh language but please try to get the pain we are in.

Why many devices have facing the display issue at same time? that mostly all of them are out of warranty, seems its been big mistake that Samsung doing if this is happening on purpose.

sorry it's not relevant here what am going to ask.
Have an old Samsung galaxy note 5 single SIM.
I have not been able to send messages at all. Have tried going to settings. cleared catche reset the airtel message Center number and whatever I learnt from web.
want some one amongst you to please guide me as to how to make it happen.
Am senior citizen and am using airtel india .
airtel people don't even pick up the phone despite 123 etc options on interactive call on 198.
