Samsung is denying and delaying the launch of Android 15 based One UI 7 to older flagship phones including the latest S 24 series. Company is signalling that the new software will be released to older models only after the release of S 25 series models on 7 February.

Logic behind this?

Samsung is unable to sell the S 25 series on the basis of the new hardware, as it is not really upgraded enough to appeal the customers. So they want to attract the customers for Software like One UI 7 and the AI stuff with Google's help.

This looks like a reverse marketing technique. Keeping the current customers waiting for arrival of anticipated new customers is a BAD strategy.

Dear Samsung, YOUR NEW PHONES SHOULD BE CAPABLE OF SELLING ON NEW HARDWARE, NOT SOFTWARE!😊😊

All the best, Sammy!😁😁

Unfortunately, there's nothing new in new versions of android as well, they rely only AI feature to sell anything these days.

Somewhere all along I feel Google is elbowing itself into Samsung and is trying to dominate with Android weapon,AI jugglery. As your post rightly points out S25 is a disaster as far hardware is concerned save the Snapdragon and 50MP UW. Samsung is on a salvage operation to hold it's reputation. Customers are not forgiving and will not when premium devices are bought after breaking the bank.
