But before raising an issue please update the app to the latest version and report any bug through members app help section

I have already reported more than 500 times to Samsung through various platforms but their behaviour towards issues are unacceptable.
Second, Samsung assistive apps are up to date in my mobile.
They fix one issue and offer another issue as a free gift and we have to wait atleast 6 months for an update because they now launch Samsung TalkBack update with UI update only.
