M31S heating issue

I bought new Samsung M31S mobile device last month. My phone gets heat automatically. Eventhough I disable the mobile data and other application. Usually it's very hot always. My ear are burning suddenly I attend a call. Seriously it was a issue which needs to be fixed. Please advice how to overcome from heating issue on my phone.

Get it checked at a service center. Your unit seems to be faulty. I am not facing any heating issue at all.
