Hi ,

 Yesterday I have been updated latest software updates after that facing issue of window screen notification get struck it.Frequently I can't view my message and call history on that tap.Also heating issue .Any body have any resolutions or facing same concern.

I'm also M31 user..

no i don't faceing any of these issues, try to factory data reset , if you updated your phone on mobile data maybe some files are corrupted..
so please backup your phone using Samsung smart switch in computer and reset phone...


and download update with wifi...
after restore data from computer..

I am also facing some problems according to home screen wallpaper notification bar colour not change black to write or white to black, from this when I set a white type wallpaper signal icon, battery icon all are not properly visual because icon becomes also white, please solve or update the problem.

If after update then wait for few days, and as of now perform these below steps;

A. Wipe Cache Partition.

Steps to perform.

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect withpc/laptop/type C earphone only for Android 11 )

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

C. Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings.
