M31 fingerprint slow

I bought new M31 last week and enjoying it, but my only concern is fingerprint scanner is very slow when I take it from pocket and place my finger on it, it is taking time to identifying my finger and sometimes I'm forced to enter my pin as scanner is not working. If it is a software issue, please fix it.

first of all always clean your fingertips area as sometimes its due to moistures

2nd thing
register again with all sides of your fingers and add same finger 1-2 times and then observe

Even if you have little moisture it should work, as I used different company mobiles, i didn't faced such issue

but now you faced issue, just try it brother, if you used a phone with glass back or metal back or even plastic but all plastic body not same then there would be no such problem but you know m31 has plastic back panel
