To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps: Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

Hi, regarding my first problem, I am well aware of auto restart function as it was asked to set auto restart while setting up my phone for the first time and I set it at after midnight, when I am sleeping. I am facing problem of RANDOM restart of my phone. it restarts randomly anytime while using the phone. Last time it restarted just two days ago. There is no particular application which might be causing this problem as the phone has restarted in different apps. after the last restart, the phone even asked to submit the error report which I submitted promptly. The second problem of Dolby etc was my ignorance and no more help is required for that. Kindly see that I have already submitted error report to Samsung twice before and requested for help also, but have not received any response before 2nd October and today. still this response too is not accurate and looks like buyiing time.
Hi Samsung support, I had actually received response (but undated) from Samsung at some other place in member's area. it says that Samsung will release update for this issue. that's fine, but if a company like Samsung takes more than 6 months to resolve such problem, makes me wonder about their software programmers.
