M31 Restarting issue during call

Pls help, my phone is getting restarting after receiving normal phone calls, aftet 10 to 15 sec, my phone automatically restarting...

Following steps tried for correction 

1. Factory reset 

2. Dim card change

Till problem reminding same... pls help
