Automatic Restart in Samsung Galaxy M31

My samsung M31 has been restarting automatically since when I've updated to

android 11 and even after switching off the auto restart option in device care same problem is continuing 

Please tell me a solution for this problem

The same problem  for me also, suddenly off the phone while using and restart, again this procedures  happened  one or two times continuously, please  clarify
