It's a compatability issues 1s check for any updates for network drivers.
Also I suggest you to visit service center for reflashing firmware for clean and stable device if its a device issue then it will help.

try these steps

1. Forget all WIFI devices which were connected earlier.
Again turn on WIFI> Scan> and try to connect.

2. Or click on "add network "and try to add manually.
If after all settings if won't work then

 3. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

If even after above settings not resolved then do below option to check

 4. Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>WIFI).

Try updating the network driver of your PC/ Laptop. Control panel> Hardware and sound> Device manager > Network adapters - here you will get the name of the specific network adapter in your computer. Search for network adapter drivers for your Windows version and manufacturer (hp , Lenovo etc.). Download and install the latest driver available.

To resolve the hotspot issue kindly perform some basic steps given below:-


1. To configure the hotspot follow the steps:-
Settings>Connections.Mobile Hotspot and Tethering>Mobile Hotspot>More option (three dots)>Configure Mobile Hotspot>Configure Mobile Hotspot and tap on Save.


2. Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
Settings > General Management > Reset.


After performing above steps If the issue still persist kindly send us the screenshot, videos and error log file with in 15 minutes of issue occurrence through error report section from Samsung Member Application:- Samsung Member Application > click on get help > send feedback > error report, so that we can help you out to solve the issue.
