I want to get your help and support on a case related to Samsung fold that I have bought for almost a year or more. The device was always at your workshop before, during the COVID-19 closing and and after. Your support center has repaired the same over three time. During that period, we had no issue and we were patient waiting for a week or two or three every time we deliver it for repair. During the whole period since we bought it, we always clean the same with standard wet tissue and did not have any issue with water getting inside it. Last visit for its repair they informed us that the device is affected and the repair cost is over the cost of the device and gave us the device back with not further comments. I contacted your support office in Dammam and communicated the issue with your support in KSA but an automatic reply saying " we can not do anything" . I believe the device may be affected due to your repair work that was not done right and the device was never affected by our normal tissue cleaning all the time before. Why now? That must have to do with your repair that was not done correctly and causes the minor wet on the tissue to get inside it.
I will not let go this easily and will proceed to other channel if I do not get and positive answer.
