recently I bought M30S mobile..the charge getting too slow...it took 4 hours to make 100%
could please any suggestions?
I got software update notification if I update the wll charge fast?
Are you using the same adapter that came with the box ? third party adapters will not necessarily have the same specs as the branded version so there will obviously difference in the charging speed.
turn on fast charging on device care and its battery is too large or it make be optimized and fix the problem in future update contact customer care in Samsung members they will push ot update
Please perform the following step to resolve slow charging issue:
1- Charge the device with the original charger.
2- If the fast charging feature is not activated, launch the Settings app, tap Device care → Battery → tap on 3 dots → Settings, and then tap the Fast cable charging switch to activate it.
3- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).
4- Update device if any update is available.
