M20 UI is causing Phone to hanging

Samsung M20 User interface is sometimes stop working causing phone to hang and slow down.

Please do a full factory reset and set it up as a new device without restoring any backup except for contacts and media. Then share your result.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).

2- Settings > apps > system UI > storage > clear cache.

3- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

4- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
