Most of us are sticking to One UI home, mostly for the native feel and holistic performanc. But few features are badly needed, that will make it perfect. After all, we spend a fortune on Samsung phones compared to others.
1. Support for 3rd party icon packs
2. Option to customise icon shape and size
3. Change grid size of icons inside folders (old 4x4 grid was way better)
4. Option to customise the dock and dock background
If these can't be direct features, atleast bring them through good lock option.
