Jugaad for getting "better" internet speed/consistent connection!!

We all know that as Samsung users our smartphone usage is heavily dependent on jugaads, hacks, and tricks to keep the smartphone running without issues. This ranges from frequent factory reset to network band selecting apps to researching whether an update is safe, etc. (Some of us, like many s20 plus users and Exynos 9611-based phones, are frequent visitors to service centers for issues ranging from display failures to motherboard failures)

Now, many of us using s20fe5g, A52s5g, etc in rural or remote areas have this issue of slow internet or low signals. Recently I found a "solution " for this. Whenever there is an issue with the internet connection, I go to settings - connections - mobile networks and change the Network mode from 5g/4g/3g or auto to the 2nd option which is 4g/3g/auto, and vice versa. This fixes the issue for me, at least for a couple of days. When it occurs again, I follow the same steps and switch it back to 5g mode.

I am not claiming that this will work for all, or even that this is a solution. All I am saying is that this works for me. I see a lot of frustrated s20fe5g users especially on this platform complaining about the internet issue. So, it won't hurt to try this for those of us who are struggling with internet speed or connection.

Nb: I don't know or care whether this is a well-known fix for this issue.😈

For me, I've to put my phone at a specific height and direction inorder to get proper speeds (100 KBps-3 MBps) or else it just runs at 1-2 KBps 😂 😂.

Even while using a PC I've to hold my phone in one hand.

No phone problem, not good coverage in my area. 3 bar comes but not speed above 500kbps in airtel and in jio not above 200kbps. Downloading big files is too much time taking that's why I Download big file's between 12 am to 8 am beacuse at that time the speeds are between 2 to 5 mbps. In recent time the speed got some improvement before it was less than 250kbps in both network and 1 mbps at 12 to 8 am maybe because of I was complaining in airtel app.
But when I go to mira Road or dadar the speeds gets above 30mbps in 4g and above 50 mbps in 4gplus and in 5g above 250mpbs.

My friend has Vivo v20.Mine is M53. He can browse YouTube videos when I am searching for single signal bar😫

Haha.. which device bro? Try changing the network mode to 3g and back to 4g(if your device is not 5g).
