Jio True 5G

I just checked the compatible list of 5G device in My Jio app.
And noticed those mf haven't even added the devices correctly. 

Following ss are to show that any device name having 5G in name is supporting jio 5G according to the my jio app.

Here you can see S20 FE is added 2 times. And S21 FE has no 5G added in it's name. 

We all know S20 FE has two variants (4G and 5G)
But S21 FE only has 5G variant. 

When I clicked on S21 FE, it showed "not compatible"

But when I clicked on S21 5G, it showed "ready for 5G"


So I can clearly say it's the error of Jio Compatible devices database.

I am not a jio user mate. But still can't bear the fact that those jio employees doing such silly mistakes.

My gf have a 5G xiaomi device. Still it is not supporting 5G according to jio team.

And guess what I found.....

Her device is not supporting 5G because it has no 5G in it's name in the Tru 5G compatible list.

Yep jio employees are high right now 🤣 and take a look in community everyone is blaming samsung 😂

Brother, this is the work of the company, whether it is Jio or Samsung, until the deal is done between these two, from where will Jio give it?If there was a problem with Jio, then it would not support other Samsung devices.

Now if talk to Jio customer care then he will say sir welcome offer is active in your phone or not, after that update might not have come so not supporting and if you talk to Samsung care then they will say that everything is in between Updates will be given to you as well as they do not have any knowledge, so trading has not yet taken place in both the companies.

Yep I agree with you but the companies don't have any headache. They are just following " apna Kam Banta bhar me Jaye janta". But as customers we have to call jio and tell them to fix their database that's it. Don't waste your time by listening how you will get welcome offer and etc. When you call them just get to the point directly.
