Jio True 5G

I just checked the compatible list of 5G device in My Jio app.

And noticed those mf haven't even added the devices correctly. 

Following ss are to show that any device name having 5G in name is supporting jio 5G according to the my jio app.

Here you can see S20 FE is added 2 times. And S21 FE has no 5G added in it's name. 

We all know S20 FE has two variants (4G and 5G)

But S21 FE only has 5G variant. 

When I clicked on S21 FE, it showed "not compatible"

But when I clicked on S21 5G, it showed "ready for 5G"

So I can clearly say it's the error of Jio Compatible devices database.

S20 FE just added once which is 4G variant not 5G.

Mana bhai ki jio ki galti hai, lekin uss galti ko theek kaun karwayega..? Customers ya phir Samsung. Aur kitne dino se sab log complaint kar rahe hai Samsung ko, Samsung ko itna tak nahi pata ki galti update dene se solve hogi ya jio ko contact karke unka database theek karwane se solve hogi, yaha toh sablog kal ka wait kar rhe hai ki kal update aayegaa, phir issue solve hoga. Samsung ko call karo toh kehte hai update ka wait karo, Jio ko call karo toh kehte hai ki aapka device 5G nahi hai. Iski topi uske sar, bas yahi kar rhe hai ye log.

Atleast samsung apni galti accept kr rha or update dene ki baat kr rha. Jio wale kya kr rhe?
Sidha bol rhe aapki device 5G nhi h. Jabki Airtel ka 5G chal rha h hunari device m.
Airtel ka hi nhi jio ka bhi 5G chal rha agar dusre device se activate kr le jio sim to.
Dusre device se activate krne ke baad wahi device 5G chala rhi jio ka jisko kuch time phle hi jio ne non 5G device bolkr apna palla jhaad liya tha.

Samsung is atleast listening to its customers.

Tum jio ke bhi to customer ho jaise samsung ke ho.
To sirf samsung ko hi kyo blame kr rhe jabki pta h ki yahan culprit kon h.
Jis customer service right se Samsung ko bol rhe wahi right Jio pr kyo nhi use kr rhe?

Samsung apni wo galti accept kar rha hai hai jo galti usne ki hi nahi, ya phir Samsung ko ye pata hi nahi ki galti hai kiski, jio database ki ya phir Samsung update ki. Anyways, itni sari complaint ke baad Samsung ko atleast ek media communication issue karna chahiye iss bare me. Aur main toh dono ko complaint kar rha hu, Samsung ko bhi aur jio ko bhi. Dekhte hai kab tak solve hota hai issue.
