Every time when i connect my phone to a TV it gives me a message "the connection is unstable". I need some tips to avoid the error or of it happens with everyone then support team should look at improving the smartview connections

This error usually shows up when the phone and TV are connected to different WiFi bands(5Ghz and 2.4Ghz). Connecting both the TV and phone to the same frequency band fixed the error for me.
