Trouble playing video pn tv via phone using smart view

I am having issues when trying to play a video (from my galaxy A6+) on my Samsung T5350 using smart view on a high-speed internet connection, and I tried doing everything (like clearing data of the video app, smart View, resetting network settings, restarting my device) but none of that seems to work. Issues include: playback abruptly closing, and video playback lagging (playing frame by frame and then playback crashes). This is very annoying and troublesome. Kindly help me out!!.
