Issue In Wifi Speed

I have Samsung A6+ device (SM-A605G/DS). I have issue in my phone since last 6-7 days. I have 4 MB/s wifi plan. But i got only 1-1.5 MB/s speed in my phone. I checked my router but there's no issue bcoz I checked in other mobile phones & laptop, in this i got 4 MB/s speed. But i can't get in my phone. I reset my APN settings & also reset my network settings. After that i got speed for an hour. But after hour again same low speed as before. What is problem in this ? Please suggest any solution of this. Thanks in advance.

I can't see "Wi-fi Power saving mode" option.
