No. Phones generally trickle charge once it reaches 100%. It will harm if you trickle continuously for long run without discharging the battery.

You know mobile disconnected automatically when it overcharged
Ones check !

After reaching max level it will turn off

No, today's phones are capable for handling overcharging. It is totally normal. Don't repeat these too much because this may decrease the battery backup slightly.
