1. CNAP (Calling Name Presentation by TRAI) should be always available, regardless of Saved contact or Tagged number or Unknown number.

 - [Calling Name Presentation (CNAP) is a telecom feature mandated by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). It natively displays the caller's KYC-verified name (from Aadhaar or PAN) on the recipient’s screen, acting like an official caller ID to help combat spam and fraud.]

2.SPAM/ SCAM CALL DETECTION (ONLINE & OFFLINE) : The Phone app should detect Spam or Scam calls offline (& online) and alert the user (or decline the call, according to the settings previously selected). 

3.DIRECT VOICEMAIL: My Galaxy A34 is currently running on ONE UI 8.5, the Direct Voicemail feature I've right now is so basic. 

I wish I could record my own voice as 'Voicemail greetings' , also I wish We have multiple language available for the assistent for 'Voicemail Greetings', currently it's limited to English only.

4.A fixed layout/ UI for phone app: The button of the Phone app should be fixed during calls. Currently the 'Mute' button ischanging it's position!

5.SPEED/ FAST: The app should be fast, currently it takes so much time to open, to load the call logs, etc. make it fast.

I didn't try it but I heard somewhere if you change the phone settings language, voicemail language will change automatically

Yes, it's true that if you change the System language to some regional language (Hindi, Bengali, etc.) the Voicemail language will become Hindi, Bengali, etc respectively.

I have tested it, right after getting the ONE UI 8.5

But, As we all know, it's not comfortable using the phone in any language other then English! 😅
In my case, My brain is totally adapted to English as phone language (System) 😅.
