Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 7 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following five themes:

1. S Pens: Usability comparison with Apple pencil, Inbox & APS S Pen proposals
2. Samsung Health: Usability, improvement requests and proposals
3. Share Functions: New feature requirements & improvement requests

4. Link Functions: New feature requirements & improvement requests
5. Galaxy A42 5G: Launch feedback

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 7 topics will be open till 28th February. Week 8 topics will be announced later.

Please provide a low cost stylus for Samsung mobiles. I have a Samsung M51. I feel it would be good to take notes some times or make sketches etc. it should have fine tip. advanced functions not expected. only palm rejections needed.

when I open files -android-data in samsung file explorer it shows no files . when I open in zarchiver it shows access denied. why it shows like this.

if you bring more tasks and games in to Samsung members it would be great. it can bring more interaction between members. for example challenge for one month period givening each day a unique tasks for the members and the one who complete this task will be rewarded as a Samsung super fan. please kindly consider my request 🙏
