Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services.
Last week, we started #InnovationLab, and the response was amazing!
Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.
In week 2 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following four themes:
- A21s : Competitive comparisons, proposals and general feedback
- WiFi
- NFC
- GPS
As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned apps/features.
All you need to do is :
- Create a post detailing your idea / suggestion
- include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
- Include #InnovationLab in your post title
We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 2 topics will be open till 16th August. Week 3 topics will be announced later.

Tech Talkand when I use this device it looks like I'm using a device with 4gb ram instead of 8gb ram(and it takes time in loading app, data)
so how can I make my device to work faster

Tech TalkI have purchased Samsung A21s mobile SM-A217F/DS, SN-RZ8N70GTR1P from Samsung Shop App via Order ID 33562182633. I received A21s mobile on 09th Aug 20. I have opened box on 11th Aug 2020 due to 2 days Santization issue in current Covid 19 and found that seal of the phone was already cut. After opening the box i found TOUCH Screen is not working properly and I am not able to click on top left part of phone. It has happened randomly and even I am not able to zoom pictures in gallery.
1. I called samsung support number and told about breakage of seal and touch screen problem however they told to take it to service center and got ticket ID 3734469344.
2. Also reported touch issue to Zendesk via chatbot #1680511
3. Hence i took the phone to Samsung service center in HiTech Center, Sector 23 Gurgaon which is nearest to my location and they provided job sheet 4307786522. Post analyzing 2 days service center told they cant replicate the issue and asked me if i get the issue i must record this from another phone which should show both front and back of mobile. I am really surprised Samsung has not having tools to diagnose such issues.
4. Product bought through Samsung Shop App however it is not getting displayed in my Order Section.
5. Invoice received is from Savex Technologies where as i ordered phone to Samsung. It may be distribution partner matter but when i am ordering to Samsung invoice must be from Samsung which is the case in Amazon and Flipkart also. I dont know legally you guys are doing right thing or not.
Now i am in a big trouble a new phone without seal told touch not working Ticket at Zendesk closed successfully, ticket at Service Center resolved successfully however issue not resolved, This is a classic example of Operation successful but patient died. I have spent so much time in calling call center around 5 to 6 times and at service center but no one is interested in resolving the matter.
However as i was told to take Video of issue i took the same and uploading in attachment section.
Please replace this faulty device.
