Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Last week, we started #InnovationLab, and the response was amazing!

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 2 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following four themes:

1. A21s : Competitive comparisons, proposals and general feedback
2. WiFi
3. NFC
4. GPS

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned apps/features.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea / suggestion
• include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 2 topics will be open till 16th August. Week 3 topics will be announced later.

samsung shop services is pathetic.. very much below standards. ordered tab s6 lite and from this got preorder offer for galaxy buds plus , then ordered the galaxy buds plus on 7 of Aug, promised delivery date is 15 Aug but no postive response for samsung service , they cannot even provide me the tracking no , totally being frustated , every day I am calling and everyday keep me asking to wait for 24 hours , still now no resoulations provided ... have even complained the service head but no resoultion provided ... the samsung product are very good that why I am in a samsung environment and want to purchase more things in future and first this is my experience with samsung shop is so much horrible bad that if I get my buds plus I will simple uninstall samsung shop app. street vendors are even more reliable than the service of samsung shop ... I will never ever shop any product from samsung shop .. It is better to buy from from Amazon or flipkart... they are very much reliable and they valued the customer a lot .. not like samsung shop always keeping the customer in a infinte loop by providing no resolution.

Well in flagship devices the wifi reception is very good and strong. Need to implement this even in A series also.
