Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Last week, we started #InnovationLab, and the response was amazing!

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 2 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following four themes:

1. A21s : Competitive comparisons, proposals and general feedback
2. WiFi
3. NFC
4. GPS

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned apps/features.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea / suggestion
• include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 2 topics will be open till 16th August. Week 3 topics will be announced later.

add a facility to seamlessly connect from one wifi network to another without disconnecting.
for example: my phone is connected to wifi "A" and I am downloading a game but I have to move to first floor of my house and want my phone to connect to wifi "B". If I do that now, my phone disconnects from wifi "A" and then tries to connect to wifi "B". this disconnection stops the download and I have to start download again

only one suggestion don't remove any existing features.. you removed headphone jack from 's' and 'note' series.. u removed heart rate monitor from new flagships.. you removed ultra fast iris scanner and gave us crappy indisplay fingerprint scanner which is just **bleep**... Whats next....?? you will stop supplying earphones..

#Innovationlab How to know if battery is fully charged. My previous Android phone gave a distinctive sound and notification in status bar that battery is full and advise user to disconnect charger. Samsung device shows 100% and says charging. Does it notify through change of led light or something. Anyone can help

Since my childhood Samsung mobiles will hang, struck. it will perform good for a year later It will make problems like slow performance of touch, calls etc 🤫 Tired if this Hanging problem, Make sure you react some **bleep** about this 🤐
