Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 19 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Screen Sharing: Proposals on usability of wired and wireless screen sharing through Smart View, DeX or 3rd Party solutions
2. Game Launcher: Proposals regarding gaming environment of Galaxy Devices and the usability of Game Launcher application
3. Galaxy A52/ A72

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 19 topics will be open till 23rd May. Week 20 topics will be announced later.

More than 2 and half months gone, still unable to receive any solution for the error identified on day 1 itself.

Not sure when you'll wake up and resolve the issue?

Is there any sincere employee in Samsung to get into the issue and resolve it with refund on immediate priority please.

If you have 0.00000001% shame, then do revert back 🙏🏼.

Take your phone to a near service center because it is rare to be a software issue.

Dear sum834,

The phone was submitted thrice, first 2 times by dealer and third time on confirmation of DOA I myself gave it to service center. Service center did not even bothered to check the phone, just checked the report and said there's nothing we could do. The service center blammed dealer! What a great experience to have!

Infact after submitting the phone to the dealer on Day 1 itself, I took it just before look down announced in Maharashtra to give it to other service center, which happened to be closed due to restrictions in malls.

My refund/replacement would have been smooth enough had service center responded with responsibility. It was quite evident that they are good in cross selling. Rathar they should atleast confront the issue reported repeatedly by phone itself!

Good to hear your concerns, #Samsung should also take serious action against malpractices followed by these individuals.

Please provide network speed meter and screen recorder in all upcoming smartphones.

The switch to mobile data feature would be smarter, more convinient and help save more battery if it would use the fact that it's not in a place where I would usually use WiFi(the Turn on WiFi automatically feature and this one can be combined) and turn off data elsewhere, ie. seamlessly switching between the two.
