Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 18 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Galaxy Watch: General feedback on applications with focus on Samsung Health and competitiveness
2. Samsung Gallery: VOC on UX/UI and usability, also in link with Editor and Camera
3. Samsung Members: General feedback and requests on members services on either web or android application

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 18 topics will be open till 16th May. Week 19 topics will be announced later.

Can u add feature of changing white balance during hdr playback on note 20 ultra just like u had on s21 ultra
Also please increase the quality on space zoom.

Terrible battery performance after past 2 updates on security patches after April on Note 20 Ultra. Phone heating issues with basic Google usage as well.. I m not sure if the customer base will increase with such basic issues where Chinese companies are giving tough fight on performance n price.. bought this Phone with lot of hopes but disappointing day by day...

I buy last days S20FE replace s9plus. Compared with s9plus then Samsung S20FE lowered performance s9plus is better than S20FE in its heating issu , battery 🔋drain, displays performance, camera not auto focus 4500mha battery go 20% in 11am not give half days performance
Why make big displays if battery performance not taken by you
6inch display that's good feel in hand
Half inch upper side cut not use half inch bottom side cut then to use only 5.5inch in big display one inch drops 🤔the battery life if you make small displays its good for Samsung and customers, all campny in race big displays with Samsung .
Need to slim device
Comfortable in hands ✋
Give control on battery minimum use
Need to bottom button in displays sensor touch base not show on display other option gives Samsung slides but single hand not useful
In displays fingerprints not well S20FE its need to always clean thumbs 👍 then working thats take some time
If open face I'd thats anti battery life
Samsung makes so bad device in s series
Not give headphones its new trends now why you close its give only empty box not need device
We give you 44k rs you not give bluetooth level headphones if you close 3.5mm hole then give bluetooth headphones so many features not to need you update

In the latest samsung a52 mobile there is no s secure working with in this latest flagship there is no such app available to lock the apps..This is the issue with this in main

Dear sir vwhy Samsung has not provided a in built in feature like xihaomi Vivo app.lick and hide feature even downloaded launcher from play store but is not able to hide the status bar setting icon download s secure app there I found locking and hiding app but not locking the setting icon on statusbar if setting is unlocked then what about personal sevurity
