Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 18 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Galaxy Watch: General feedback on applications with focus on Samsung Health and competitiveness
2. Samsung Gallery: VOC on UX/UI and usability, also in link with Editor and Camera
3. Samsung Members: General feedback and requests on members services on either web or android application

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 18 topics will be open till 16th May. Week 19 topics will be announced later.

Note 20 Ultra getting worst, after each update the battery performance is dropping down.. not sure if anyone else is also facing the same issue. It's kinda betrayal to Samsung customers. People invest hard money considering the brand promise however if the customers are fooled like this then soon Samsung will be out of competition. With lot of countries boycotting Chinese phones, Samsung should capitalize the market by providing excellent services n devices.. so many negative reviews is just going to defame Samsung thereby resulting into huge customer loss... better fix the battery issue in upcoming updates Samsung 😡
