Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 16 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Samsung Health: New requirements, requests for improvements and fixes.
2. Smart Switch
3. Galaxy Wearable App: Feedback on connectivity, usability and requests for additional features

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 16 topics will be open till 2nd May. Week 17 topics will be announced later.

Plz improve samsung pay features,I am totally frustrated whenever I used samsung pay app their is lots of weakness and lots of drawbacks in this app,so plz improve this app,otherwise I don't think so this payment app will become a widely popular in india other indian payment wallet.samsung pay developers india they are very useless 😤 .or samsung pay pull out from india if they gave any feature update.

Galaxy watch active 2 must have feature to open/download the whats app images, instead we get only notification of image. Also we should able to access the photo gallery on our watch instead of importing some images from phone.

Give Carrier Aggregation for Samsung f62

Samsung claims that it has a secure android platform while as app lock is the main thing of security samsung is a worst company i have ever seen i will give it 5stars only on the basis of battery and nothing is worthy like build material is plastic since past two centuries rest of the phone companies use corning gorilla galss v5 and samsung is stuck on v3 rest of the smartphone companies use glass for build material and samsung is stuck at plastic they sell plastic phones at 25k but they are only worth of 15k rest of the smartphone companies provide fast connectivity like bluetooth v5.1 wifi 5GHZ and carrier aggregation at the price of 25k but look at samsung they use bluetooth v4.2 wifi 2.4GHZ and network connectivity is also week all samsung users should take a look on these issues because we are living in 21th century and samsung is stuck 2_3 generations back

and gg3 is more scratch resistance than gg5
and yes for cheap plastic in m series should be option
and I prefer plastic(good plastic) rather than glass (till it's not ggvictus or syramic shield)bcz glass is glass and it break
