Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 15 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following two themes:

1. Local Language: Feedback on inadequate translations, awkward expressions on system or application prompts
2. 3rd Party SNS: Usability and feedback on app's native features on Galaxy

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 15 topics will be open till 25th April. Week 16 topics will be announced later.

Hi Samsung,
My phone is Samsung Galaxy S9 plus
I have one complaint to report. On my last update there was some issue with my phone. The problem is that while recieving calls the person on the other side cannot hear me whereas i can hear him. After hanging up and then again calling the same person who called me in the first place there is no issue. But when i recieve calls from someone this problem occurs. I thought the problem was with the sim. So i changed the sim but still it was having the same problem/issue. And i assured that the problem was not with the SIM. So i went to the Galaxy store and they said the problem is not with the mic because if i make a call there is no problem with the communication. But if i recieve a call the other person can't hear me; while i can hear him very well and they said that its a software issue which might have started after the previous update.

Now i recieved an update today hope this problem gets solved.

Hello I am going to share my idea regarding local language before Android 11 or OneUI 3.1
I had used our local language easily in my samsung a50s It means it will translate the words as English words to our local language easily but now it couldn't
So check it and bring necessary improvements.

The phone needs some stability in the apps like snapchat and instagram as it hangs tooo much moreover whenever the phone is restarted it gets heated and hangs too much
